  1. Hi, I’m Nathan, a 22yr. old Architecture student in Fargo, ND. I have, perhaps due to a lack of judgement, just purchased a 1928 duplex conversion that I’ll be restoring to a single family home. I’ll be closing next week, so we’ll most likely be starting our projects around the same time. I’ve left a couple comments already, but I’m looking forward to watching your progress and, hopefully, I’ll be able to get a couple of good ideas along the way. Come check out my blog next week when I have some interior pictures up and I bet you’ll see some similarities between our houses. My blog is: http://fargo1928.blogspot.com/

    Good luck with your adventure!
